$98 Monthly Membership: Join our convenient auto-renew program. Unlimited yoga classes with a 6-month minimum commitment. After 6 months, continue to enjoy classes on a monthly basis or cancel anytime with 30 days written notice! Enjoy fast and easy check-in with a key tag, discounts on mat flats, special events, workshops and retail.

MEMBERSHIP AND CLASS CARD POLICY
• All class cards have an expiration date and may not be extended.
• All class cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Introductory 3 class cards: expire 1 month from purchase and are available only on the first visit.
• All 10 class cards: expire 3 months from date of purchase.
• All 20 class cards: expire 6 months from date of purchase.
• 1 month unlimited memberships: expire 30 days from date of purchase.
• $98 monthly-unlimited memberships require 6 months minimum commitment; after 6 months time, we will extend on a monthly basis until the membership is terminated by student. Student can cancel with 30 days written notice. $98 membership may be frozen up to 1 week and only once per 6 months.

TLC POLICY
• Credit card information at time of booking is required.
• Cancellations more than 24 hours before scheduled session will receive full Levitate Yoga credit towards a future session or class card purchase.
• Cancellations within 24 hours before scheduled session will be charged in full.
